4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

• You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, or exploit technical errors to obtain unauthorized credits or generations.

7. User Content and Your Responsibilities

“User Content” means all information and materials you submit to or process through WebPlanex AI Studio, including product images, reference images, prompts, descriptions, logos, brand assets, and other uploaded files.

You retain the rights you already hold in your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and use your User Content.
• Your User Content does not unlawfully infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• You have any required permission to use identifiable individuals’ images or likenesses.
• Your User Content does not contain unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited material.
• Your use of the platform and generated results complies with applicable law.

You grant WebPlanex AI Studio a limited, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, transmit, modify as technically necessary, and process your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, and support the services, enforce these Terms, and carry out other purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important source files and generated results.

8. AI-Generated Content

8.1 AI Output Is Not Guaranteed

You are responsible for ensuring that published content accurately represents the products or services you sell.

Do not use generated content to misrepresent a product’s materials, specifications, authenticity, performance, price, availability, or other material characteristics.

For jewellery, industrial equipment, agricultural products, and other goods where precise physical details matter, generated visuals should not replace necessary product verification or technical documentation.

8.3 Ownership and Rights in Generated Content

As between you and WebPlanex AI Studio, we do not claim ownership of your generated output solely because you created it using our platform.

Your ability to use, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit generated content may depend on applicable law, third-party AI provider terms, your subscription conditions, and the rights of other parties.

AI-generated content may not be unique. Other users may obtain similar or identical results.

We do not guarantee that generated content qualifies for copyright protection, is eligible for trademark registration, or is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

You are responsible for reviewing whether your intended use is lawful.

8.4 Third-Party AI Providers

Your User Content and generation instructions may be sent to the relevant provider to fulfil your request.

9. Acceptable Use

• Every generation will meet your creative or commercial expectations.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, unique, legally protectable, or free of third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebPlanex AI Studio and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
